Information relating to COVID and the Health Pass

(updated: 25/11/21)

The French government give us the health protocol for this winter season.

The national rule applies throughout the resort:

Category 1 mask or neck strap

mask mandatory indoors for anyone over 11 years old. Mask strongly recommended for children from 6 to 11 years old.

Category 1 masks or neck warmers will be compulsory in the queues and on all ski lifts (Only ski lifts and conveyor belts may, if necessary, be exempt when used by a single person at a time)

Remember that in the Savoie department, the mask is mandatory outside under certain conditions (gathering, queues, etc.).

More info: Prefecture of Savoie

Masks and court tricks will not be compulsory as part of the practice of a sport, therefore on our tracks.

Health Pass

Compulsory for anyone over 12 years old inside places of recreation.

It will become mandatory in the ski area as soon as the national incidence rate exceeds 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

As soon as it becomes compulsory, random checks will take place in the ski area and systematic checks at the reception of ski lessons by ski schools.

Barrier gestures

We invite you to continue to respect barrier gestures.

Distancing will be necessary in all queues and in all venues that have public.

Where to get tested

To make sure that you are not a carrier of COVID-19 and that you can enjoy your stay with your family and friends, find out on the site www.sante.fr the screening centers, nurses and pharmacies closest to your place of stay.

On site, the Corbier medical office will screen for Covid as well as the medical structures of Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (pharmacy, nurse's office, laboratory). List available at the Tourist Office reception.

Anti Covid neck warmer

Skiers are required to wear a surgical mask or a category 1 fabric mask (AFNOR SPEC S76-001 certification) in queues and ski lifts. Regarding neck warmers, only those that are filtering and approved will be authorized as an alternative to masks. Very practical for skiing and adapted to this protocol, the approved neck warmers can be put on and taken off on the nose in a few seconds.

An anti-Covid-19 neckerchief in the colors of the Sybelles® is on sale in the tourist offices of the resorts at a price of € 10.

Protected contact areas

Ticket offices, ski lift poles, chair lift safety barriers, automatic lift pass collection terminals, etc. The Sybelles® ski area and the La Toussuire Tourist Office have protected all contact areas during your transport on our ski lifts and in our waiting areas by the company Clean Protect Zone. Thanks to a process already used for many years in hospitals and pharmaceuticals, without allergic or dermatological risk, viral cells (coronavirus, influenza, gastro) are destroyed over a guaranteed period of 1 year.

Resistant to cold (-40 ° C) and bad weather, the Sybelles® ski area is the very first ski area in France to have this equipment to protect you and its teams.
