Covid 19: Covid 19: How the resort is preparing to welcome you

All committed to ensuring that the mountain remains a pleasure.


Whether it is tourist offices, ski lifts, equipment rental companies, ski schools, accommodation providers, bar restaurants, traders, service providers, ... we all wonder about the best way to welcome you and you keep healthy in our resort.

In the face of Covid, responsibility is shared, everyone does their part to preserve everyone's health.


The station will open from December 19, 2020 to April 16, 2021

shops and services will do the same, on these dates, in compliance with the conditions imposed by the health risk, the necessary caution and legal obligations.

The Tourist Office is already at work from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday:

  • Wearing a mask is compulsory (on sale 1 € if you forgot yours).
  • A maximum of 10 people are welcomed together in the reception hall.
  • A direction of circulation is set up in order to respect the physical distance in the course and the queues.
  • Hydo-alcoholic gel is available at the entrance to the Office and at the counter.


Our service providers will inform you about their reception and booking conditions faced with the COVID situation:

For any reservation canceled due to COVID-19, the total amount paid will be, upon presentation of supporting documents (such as a medical certificate or a copy of an institutional decision): postponed if this is possible, otherwise reimbursed. In the event that the service is interrupted due to COVID-19, the amounts paid will be postponed, if possible, otherwise, reimbursed on a "pro rata temporis" basis.


Many facilities are available to you to book your holidays with confidence: modification or postponement without charge, payment of a small deposit or cancellation without charge ... We invite you to contact the accommodation provider or the online sales agency (website internet or customer service) of your choice for more information.
